1. Do you have an AED and if so, where is it kept?
2. Where is the Trauma/First Aid kit and what is inside?
3. Where do I find Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)?
4. Where is the Emergency Action Plan (EAP)?
5. What is your policy on back-boarding for spinal injury management? And where is the backboard?
6. Do you provide negligence insurance for your lifeguards?
7. Do you have a lifejacket loaner station? Am I permitted to request that a patron wear a lifejacket?
8. What is your policy on the removal of patrons from the water when they do not follow the rules?
9. Do you require swim tests and if so, what are the requirements?
10. Do the drains meet current department of health regulations and where is the shut-off off valve?
